Kinoa supports many formats, but if a file isn’t working, it might use an unsupported codec. Don't worry, Kinoa will notify you if that’s the case. Try a different file or check for codec updates.

In rare cases, firewall rules may remain after uninstalling the app. To remove them manually, follow these steps: Open Windows Search, type "Firewall," and select "Allow an app through Windows Firewall." In the new window, look for and select any rules that include "Kinoa" in the "Allowed apps and features" list, then click "Remove."
