Kinoa User Agreement

Kinoa services are strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria: they must be at least 18 years old, have not been previously banned or restricted from using Kinoa, and have not been formally denied access to Kinoa by the company.

By clicking "Agree" or downloading, installing, or otherwise using Kinoa, you assert that you fulfill the above conditions.

This section outlines Kinoa's response protocols for alleged copyright violations, adhering to modern digital copyright regulations.

Kinoa retains the authority to temporarily suspend access to its platform without prior notice for users it identifies as "repeat offenders."

By using Kinoa, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access its features in accordance with these terms.

All rights not explicitly granted to users remain reserved by Kinoa.

You confirm that you either own the device on which Kinoa is installed or have the legal authority to manage its use. If you sell or lose control of this device, you must uninstall Kinoa to prevent unauthorized access.

By using Kinoa, you agree to the following terms:

You must only access legally obtained or licensed content with it.

You must refrain from reselling or redistributing Kinoa licenses or associated materials.

You must avoid removing copyright notices or other intellectual property indicators.

You must not use Kinoa for illegal purposes or in violation of applicable laws.

You must not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of Kinoa.

You must avoid actions that could damage or disrupt Kinoa's operations or infrastructure.

You must not use Kinoa if you are under 18 years old.

You must not take any actions that may create an unreasonable or disproportionate load on the Kinoa infrastructure, as deemed by Kinoa.

You must not interfere with the essential operations of Kinoa.

By using Kinoa, you agree to adhere to all of these terms.

Certain Kinoa features may require account registration and password creation. You are responsible for securing your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Notify Kinoa immediately if your account security is compromised.

If you suspect that your account security has been compromised - in cases of loss, theft, or unauthorized access to your account, password, or any debit, credit, or payment card information - you agree to inform Kinoa without delay. You may be held accountable for any financial losses suffered by Kinoa or other parties as a result of unauthorized use of your account.

Kinoa may include links to third-party websites and services. Kinoa is not responsible for the content or services provided by these external sources. Interactions with third-party advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

Kinoa disclaims any responsibility for the information, materials, products, or services provided or accessible through these websites and sources. Furthermore, any correspondence, business negotiations, or participation in programs offered by advertisers and promotional campaigns found within the Kinoa network are undertaken at your own risk and are solely your responsibility, along with that of the advertisers. Accessing and utilizing these websites, as well as the information, materials, products, and services they offer, is done at your own risk.

Kinoa may display advertisements, such as banners or pop-ups, unrelated to user search history or data collection.

Kinoa reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, profile, or access without prior notice and withoutliability to you. Suspected fraudulent or illegal activities may be reported to relevant authorities.

In return for some of the premium features of Kinoa, you may choose to be a peer on the Bright Data network.
